DEF-C trains specialists in “Drone Operator” and “UAV Pilot” courses. Theoretical base and practical training will allow you to control a UAV of a helicopter or aircraft type independently.
UAVs are used in many areas,
including industrial and
agricultural sectors,
cinema, advertising,
and design.
Conducting air reconnaissance,
drone maintenance,
work with images
and objects on the ground,
terrain orientation.
DEF-C specialists will share
with you years of experience
and will reveal all
subtleties
of drone management
of any kind.
You will learn to find a way
out of non-standard
situations, quickly respond
to
route changes and weather
conditions.
The main goal of this course is the development of practical skills in the management and maintenance of UAV “Observer-S”. Practical classes are held on simulators, ground stations, and training grounds (aerodrome). Processing (decryption) of intelligence information is done using special software called “post-analysis”.
It is held at the end of training – 8 hours (2 training days) at the training aerodrome. This is the final stage of the course aiming to practice and consolidate the skills of air reconnaissance and monitoring.
– Preparation for the performance of job duties during the execution of assigned tasks.
– Ability to maintain proper documentation for the organization of safe flights
– Knowledge of the principles and rules of operation, design, target load, and maintenance of UAVs.
– Competent use of airspace, orientation on the ground, drawing up optimal flight routes, working with topographic maps, and quick response to emergencies.
– Ability to classify, recognize and decrypt images of objects.
– Knowledge of aviation meteorology and UAV control features in extreme weather conditions.
While studying UAV management at DEF-C, you will become a sought-after specialist in air reconnaissance and aerial photography, and will also learn to:
– Work as part of the UAV crew and independently perform specialized tasks.
– Eliminate technical malfunctions of unmanned aerial vehicles.
– Compile and adjust flight programs depending on the specifics of tasks, weather conditions, or emergencies.
– Systematize spatial data and document the obtained information.
– Decipher images from UAVs.
– Conduct radio exchange by regular channels of communication.
– Classify and determine the characteristics and features of monitoring objects.
– Navigate the terrain, read and make electronic maps.
– Follow all safety rules during the flight.
The course provides all the necessary knowledge and skills to work as an unmanned aerial vehicle operator.
